The Director is responsible for musical production and oversight of all musical performances. 

The President is responsible for the administrative oversight of chorus business to include (but not limited

to):

*  Sets the annual budget with input from the management team,

* Facilitates the selection of work groups as needed to accomplish the goals of the

chorus.

* Facilitates team and chorus business meetings.

* Reviews Standing Rules as required

* Updates Director contract annually

VicePresident,Membership
Responsible for the oversight of all chorus membership activities to include:

* Engaging guests and new members
* Keep current guest music folders
* Maintain up-to-date chorus directory (at least twice per year)
* Ensure new members are included in GoogleGroup and FB Members Only Group

The Recording Secretary is responsible for oversight of internal and external chorus communication to include:

* Weekly chorus business meeting notes

* Management Team minutes

* Provide or ensure notice of meetings to the chorus or management team as required

* Assistance with external FB postings, and other social media channels as

needed

The Member at Large serves as a liaison for the membership to the management team.

The Director is responsible for musical production and oversight of all musical performances. 

The Assistant Director of Vocal Production is responsible for vocally warming up the chorus each week and focusing on teaching vocal production skills designed to improve the musical product of the chorus.
